It is rather difficult to give the title of the ‘most-beautiful’ to one among the eight north-eastern states. Natural beauty has been endowed upon this part of the country in abundance. There are thick forests, waterfalls, hills, and even snow clad mountains spread across this region comprising the states of Tripura, Sikkim, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam, and Arunachal. Exotic and beautiful species of animals and birds find adobe in the forests here- it might get very hard for the shutterbugs to let their camera’s rest!

This part of the country has not been as extensively traveled as the rest and this perhaps makes it a delightful place to visit. There are always new vistas to explore and great people to meet in the Northeast, and don’t forget the exotically delicious cuisine!
